    1. Scope

    TL;DR: Applies to all whaamkabaam products

    This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered via whaamkabaam.com.

    whaamkabaam provides digital products, personalized digital configurations, and digital onboarding services.

    2. No Automatic Refunds for Digital Products

    TL;DR: No refunds once delivered or personalized

    All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and, in many cases, are customized based on individual customer input.

    For this reason, refunds are not granted automatically once:

    • digital content has been delivered, or
    • the personalization or configuration process has begun.

    This applies regardless of whether the product is provided via download, account access, or live digital interaction.

    3. Personalized Digital Products

    TL;DR: Custom products can't be returned

    Products that include custom curve settings or other personalized digital configurations are created specifically for the customer.

    Once personalization has begun, refunds are excluded, as the product cannot be returned, reused, or resold.

    4. Digital Onboarding & Live Configuration Sessions

    TL;DR: No refund once session starts

    Some products include a live onboarding session in which personalized digital settings are created, adjusted, or finalized in real time.

    These sessions constitute digital service delivery, not coaching or training.

    Once such a session has started, or once personalized digital settings have been delivered in full or in part, no refund will be granted.

    This applies regardless of whether the session is conducted via voice call, video call, or other real-time digital interaction.

    5. Voluntary Refunds (Goodwill)

    TL;DR: Possible in exceptional cases

    Notwithstanding the above, whaamkabaam may grant refunds on a voluntary basis in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

    • non-delivery of a product,
    • a technical defect that cannot be reasonably resolved,
    • a clear processing error attributable to whaamkabaam.

    There is no entitlement to a voluntary refund.

    6. Excluded Refund Cases

    TL;DR: When refunds don't apply

    Refunds are not granted if:

    • digital content has already been delivered or accessed,
    • personalization or configuration has already started,
    • the customer has benefited from the product or service,
    • dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective preference or performance expectations,
    • a live onboarding or configuration session has already begun or been completed.

    7. Refund Processing

    TL;DR: Original payment method used

    Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.

    Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
