1. Right of Withdrawal
TL;DR: 14 days to cancel, no reason neededYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (whaamkabaam, Felix Holtkamp, Donaustr. 44, 12043 Berlin, Germany, Email: hi@whaamkabaam.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
TL;DR: Full reimbursement within 14 daysIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires once:
- the digital content has been delivered, or
- the customization or configuration process has begun,
provided that the customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Personalized Digital Products
For personalized or custom-made digital products that are created based on individual customer input, there is no right of withdrawal once the personalization process has begun.
Digital Services & Onboarding Sessions
For products that include a live onboarding session or real-time configuration, the service consists of the immediate creation, adjustment, and delivery of personalized digital settings during the session.
The right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun, as the service is performed immediately and tailored to the customer's individual requirements.
If the onboarding session has already started or the personalized digital configuration has been delivered in full or in part, no right of withdrawal exists.
This applies regardless of whether the service is conducted via voice call, video call, or other live digital interaction.
